Objectives:
- Ice breaking
- To increase the employee moral with genuine, non -formal positive feedback
- Learning to give and receive appreciation
- Promote healthy positive relationship among the participants
Instructions
- Group person Stand in a semi-circle.
- Who so ever name, comes first alphabetically; he will open voice record function of his mobile.
- He/she will hand over his mobile to the person standing to his left.
- This person plays the record button and say’s something positive, about the owner of the mobile.
- When done, he pauses the recording and pass it on to the next person and the process is repeated till everyone has spoken about the owner of the mobile.
- If a person does not know anything about the person, he simply passes on the mobile to the next person.

Implication for Work:
- People do not leaves job, most of the time they leave a workplace, because of lack of respect, recognition and reward (as simple as genuine praise) for their genuine efforts.
- It helps to strengthen the bound between participants and public praise of someone hard work motivates him further to do better at work.
Other Modification:
If mobile has got less memory, it can
also be done without recording or by taking with any other thing, belonging to
that person, like pen, paper, pad etc.

Challenge: Can you survive seven days with us...
We will check your mental strength to core and make you super strong......
Some of the challenges....
1. Live without any gadget for 3 days. ( Self control)
2.Rigorous exercise schedule of 2 hrs ( weight loss and fitness)
3. Giving lecture in as bus ( confidence)
4. Counting the no. of grains in half kg mongi... (patience)
5. Donating blood... (care for others)
6. Patching up with some one ( leaving the ego)
7. Ending a negative relationship ( cut the crap)
8.Eating 5 karela and 2 mrichis ( will power)
9. 10 km trekking ...
10 Walking barefoot on road at 1 pm ( the capacity to bear pain)

Tips for Quitting Smoking
Tips for Quitting Smoking:
1.
Fix a target
in hours first (6, 8,12,16,24) hours, than in days (1,2,3,4,5,6,7).
Count days again if you smoke in between. Milestone is 7 days, after which
there are bright chances that you will quit.
2.
Find a friend in your smoking group, who also
want to quit smoking and start together. You will not be alone when other
friends are smoking.
3.
It is better to annoy your friends by saying no
to smoking rather than to annoy your loved ones or leave them crying for ever.
4.
Never by a pack, just buy single cigarette that
so of five to 10 time more of actual price and do not accept even a single
cigarette from anyone when offered free.
5.
If you fail try again, 70% of the people fails
5-10 time while quitting smoking. Never
mind trying again and again if your health / life depend upon quitting it.
6.
Make a fitness routine like, running, sports,
gym, yoga as physical activity will help you to recover the withdrawal symptom.
7.
Eat lots of salad, juice and healthy food and
avoid junk food.
8.
Talk to a person who has successfully quit the
smoking.
9.
Dedicate your quitting to some loved ones
(Parents, kids, life partner etc.)

1. Total Marks 100:
First quit for 100 days and the day you do not smoke give yourself 1 mark, let’s see how much marks out of 100 you can score.
2. Deposit 5000 for 20 days with Someone:
Every time you smoke, you lose 500, see how much you can save.
3. Announce it in Social Media:
Update your score honestly on weekly basis.
4. Sweat:
Go for swift walk/jog/running/ yoga/gym/sports, make sure you sweat
5. Bear the initial discomfort:
Your body and mind will resist the most for 6-7 days, after that it is going to be much easier.
6. Resist Friends Request:
They will force you only 5-6 times, then they abuse you and finally appreciate you and would ask tips to quit from you and will give a example.
7. Rs. 2000 Smoking money box challenge:
Keep on collecting the money you used to spend on smoking in a box and when it is 2000, pack some special food from a good restaurant and give it to needy people on road.
