How to Quit Smoking?
1. Total Marks 100:
          First quit for 100 days and the day you do not smoke give yourself 1 mark, let’s see how much marks out of 100 you can score.
2. Deposit 5000 for 20 days with Someone:
            Every time you smoke, you lose 500, see how much you can save.

3. Announce it in Social Media:
            Update your score honestly on weekly basis.
4. Sweat:
          Go for swift walk/jog/running/ yoga/gym/sports, make sure you sweat
5. Bear the initial discomfort:
           Your body and mind will resist the most for 6-7 days, after that it is going to be much easier.
6. Resist Friends Request:
         They will force you only 5-6 times, then they abuse you and finally appreciate you and would ask tips to quit from you and will give a example.
7. Rs. 2000 Smoking money box challenge:
          Keep on collecting the money you used to spend on smoking in a box and when it is 2000, pack some special food from a good restaurant and give it to needy people on road.
