Challenge: Can you survive seven days with us...
We will check your mental strength to core and make you super strong......
Some of the challenges....
1. Live without any gadget for 3 days. ( Self control)
2.Rigorous exercise schedule of 2 hrs ( weight loss and fitness)
3. Giving lecture in as bus ( confidence)
4. Counting the no. of grains in half kg mongi... (patience)
5. Donating blood... (care for others)
6. Patching up with some one ( leaving the ego)
7. Ending a negative relationship ( cut the crap)
8.Eating 5 karela and 2 mrichis ( will power)
9. 10 km trekking ...
10 Walking barefoot on road at 1 pm ( the capacity to bear pain)
