- Spend some time with a child below 5 years and a person above 60 year.
- Out of 365 days at least spend 5 days away from the people whom you meet every day and enjoy. (Travel, Create, Celebrate)
- Whenever you feel you have done a good job, reward yourself (Eating out/ Movie/Shopping or whatever is relaxing to you), do not wait for others.
- Learn something new; completely outside your field of expertise, it will rewire your mind.
- Set a physical fitness target and achieve it.
- Try to be with people who feel happy in your company.
