Tips for Quitting Smoking:
1.
Fix a target
in hours first (6, 8,12,16,24) hours, than in days (1,2,3,4,5,6,7).
Count days again if you smoke in between. Milestone is 7 days, after which
there are bright chances that you will quit.
2.
Find a friend in your smoking group, who also
want to quit smoking and start together. You will not be alone when other
friends are smoking.
3.
It is better to annoy your friends by saying no
to smoking rather than to annoy your loved ones or leave them crying for ever.
4.
Never by a pack, just buy single cigarette that
so of five to 10 time more of actual price and do not accept even a single
cigarette from anyone when offered free.
5.
If you fail try again, 70% of the people fails
5-10 time while quitting smoking. Never
mind trying again and again if your health / life depend upon quitting it.
6.
Make a fitness routine like, running, sports,
gym, yoga as physical activity will help you to recover the withdrawal symptom.
7.
Eat lots of salad, juice and healthy food and
avoid junk food.
8.
Talk to a person who has successfully quit the
smoking.
9.
Dedicate your quitting to some loved ones
(Parents, kids, life partner etc.)
