Anger Management

7  Easy Methods to reduce your ANGER….
    1.    Drink lots of water
    2.    Do running / Jogging /  swift walk daily for 30 minutes
    3.    Daily count 50 breaths- start again if you forget in between.
    4.    Listen to soothing music
    5.    Take a cold shower
    6.    Do Sun-salutations 9 times daily.
   7.    Take at least 7-8 hour sleep
