How to increase your Will Power in 21 days?




1.       Quit any habit for 21 days ( Smoking /Drinking/ Junk food )
2.       Get up at 5 am for 21 days.
3.       Walk/ cycling/ gym / Yog  for 21 days
4.       No criticism / anger /fight with any one for 21 days.
5.       No Facebook / whatsapp /TV for 21 days
6.       Meditation ( Watch and Count 50 your breaths) for 21 days
7.       Drink 7 glasses of water daily for 21 days
You can achieve any goal in your life, if you develop strong will power.
